Safety training is the most critical component, focusing on the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ventilation, and the prevention of fire, electrical shock, and UV radiation exposure.

2. Practical: Arc, MIG, TIG, Gas Welding, Sheet Metal, Inspection

This module provides hands-on mastery of various techniques, from the versatility of Arc (Stick) welding to the precision and speed of MIG and TIG processes. Students also learn sheet metal fabrication and rigorous inspection methods, such as dye penetrant or ultrasonic testing, to ensure structural integrity and weld quality.

3. Advanced: Industrial Welding, Robotics, CAD Integration

Advanced training explores large-scale industrial applications, including heavy-duty structural welding and the operation of automated robotic welding arms for mass production. It also covers CAD Integration, teaching welders how to interpret complex 3D blueprints and use computer models to plan precise welding sequences for intricate assemblies.

Short-Term: Certification, Fabrication Workshop

The certification track is designed to validate a welder’s skill level against international standards like AWS (American Welding Society), enhancing their global employability. Complementary fabrication workshops offer intensive, project-based learning where students build real-world structures to master the full lifecycle of cutting, shaping, and joining metal.
