OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

In this course, the ward is trained to foresee and administer the day-to-day operations of the factory. The labour and the machine, whether are in Good terms and the productivity is proper is overseen.

2. SUPPLY CHAIN

In this course the supply and transit of raw materials and the finished goods iand its administration is taught.

3. INVENTORY

In this course, the ward is trained to manage the inventory cost of the products. Based on region, climate and season – there is variation in supply and price of inventory items.

4. PRODUCTION & QUALITY

Thi course educates the QC testing of the finished products. The output is in all terms keeping the quality as prescribed by the market demand is verified by the students.
